Data controller
Club Americano, a brand operated by I AM Hospitality, with address at Calle Vía Lombardía #3001, Distrito 1, Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of any personal data collected through this site, under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
What data we collect
This site is informational. It contains no registration, subscription or purchase forms, and it does not request your name, email, phone number or payment details.
Reservations are made on the OpenTable platform. When you use the reserve button you leave this site, and any data you provide is processed by OpenTable under its own privacy policy, not by us.
Browsing data
The site may use analytics tools that record technical and statistical information about the visit, such as device type, browser, approximate city, pages viewed and time spent. This information is used only in aggregate, to understand how the site is used and to improve it. It is not used to identify you individually, and it is neither sold nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Embedded content
The home page includes an embedded Google Maps view to show our location. When it loads, Google may receive your IP address and set cookies in your browser under its own policies, even if you never interact with the map. We receive no identifying data from Google.
Cookies
Analytics tools and the embedded map may set cookies in your browser. You can disable or delete them from your browser settings at any time; the site will continue to work normally.
Purposes
Where data is processed, it will be solely to: respond to enquiries sent through the published contact channels, understand use of the site through aggregate statistics, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Transfers
We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. The only possible transfers are those required by a competent authority acting within its powers, or those necessary to the technology providers that operate the site and the reservations platform, who process the information solely on our behalf and under their own policies.
Minors
This site is not directed at minors and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
ARCO rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to rectify it when inaccurate, to cancel it when you consider it unnecessary, and to object to its processing. You may also withdraw any consent you have given us. To exercise any of these rights, write to hola@clubamericano.mx stating your name, a clear description of your request and a means of replying to you.
Third party links
This site links to external platforms, among them OpenTable, Instagram, Google Maps and the I AM Hospitality sites. Each is governed by its own privacy policy and we have no control over how they process your data.
